Minerva Alexandra Steele was born in Texas, raised in Tennessee, and has called Georgia her home since 2004. Ms. Steele attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Communications. Ms. Steele spent several years in the work force as an office administrator and legal assistant before beginning her career as a lawyer. Ms. Steele attended Mercer University, Walter F. George School Law in Macon, Georgia, and graduated Cum Laude in May 2013.
While in school, Ms. Steele pursued several academic as well as social interests. Ms. Steele was an active member of the student government, president of several student organizations, Editor-in-Chief of the Mercer Law Free Press, and a Student Editor for the Journal of Southern Legal History. Ms. Steele also clerked for two different law firms in Macon, Georgia. It was during one of these clerkships that Ms. Steele foundher passion for helping those who had been injured.
In her spare time, Ms. Steele enjoys reading, attending movies, socializing with friends and family, and writing fiction.
Ms. Steele is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia and is also a member of the Atlanta Bar Association.
